Chef Pradyumna (Prad) Harithsa, his wife Sudiksha, and his childhood friend Ankit Agarwal wanted one place in Bengaluru where you could get coffee, food, and cocktails together. Since they couldn’t find one, they created Circa 11 in Indiranagar.
The space has changed many times before (Nomad Pizza, Plan B, Shanti Sagar), but now it’s a 70-seater restaurant with a clean, modern design by Sudiksha’s sister, architect Lakshmi Kaushik.
Food at Circa 11
Chef Prad and Chef Shubham Kulkarni bring global techniques to local ingredients. The menu changes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and they even have different cocktail menus for each time of day.
Some highlights include:
Beetroot Salad – slow-aged and full of flavor
Seafood Ceviche – inspired by Japanese curing methods
Truffle Bhel & Stuffed Chicken Wings – Indian classics with a twist
Zucchini Blossoms & fresh veggies – sourced from local farms
Corn Tostada, Lamb Tostada, Octopus Carpaccio – creative plates with global touches
Tiramisu with a South Indian spin – mascarpone piped through a chakuli maker
Drinks & Cocktails
The bar, led by mixologist Anurag Karki, offers unique drinks like:
Bellandur Foam – inspired by the city’s frothing lake
Error 080 & Strike 5 – bold fruit and rum mixes
Yes Chef and Eleven Eleven – adventurous blends with miso, peanut butter, and spices
Last Night on 12th Main – a must-try before leaving Indiranagar
Vibe & Timings
Breakfast (Sat-Sun, 8:30–11 am) – coffee, croissants, shakshuka, Thai omelette, cookies, and more.
Lunch (12–4 pm) – simple comfort food like pastas, salads, and seafood.
Dinner (6–11 pm) – more refined dishes with bold flavors and techniques.
Circa 11 is all about good food, creativity, and local ingredients. Whether you want a morning brew, a hearty meal, or a late-night cocktail, this place has it all.
