Jaipur’s newest restaurant, 1932 Trevi, brings Italian elegance to the Pink City. Located in the lush Santha Bagh, this 14,000 sqft space combines Italian charm with Indian touches. Peacocks roam the gardens, and their motif appears across the restaurant’s decor, from walls to coasters.

The restaurant, divided into four sections, offers a unique experience:

  • The Plume Bar: A low bar counter with metallic peacocks and creative cocktails.
  • The Bagh: Open-air dining under umbrellas, candlelight, and a red piano.
  • Vanity Room: A glamorous space for special Italian or Indian multi-course meals.
  • Tuscan Alley: A live kitchen and a Trevi Fountain to toss a coin for good luck.

The menu blends Italian and Indian flavors. From spicy Jackfruit Korma Tacos to handmade Basil Pesto Fettucini, there’s something for every palate. Drinks are just as exciting, inspired by gemstones, with standouts like Cat’s Eye (hazelnut rum) and Coral Reef (spicy tequila).

Desserts like Vanilla Hibiscus Kheer and house-made bitter chocolate make for a perfect ending.
