Moai is a massive new restaurant in Hyderabad’s Financial District, spread over 24,000 sqft. It’s designed like an island escape, offering calm vibes, cool cocktails, and creative food. The restaurant is co-owned by Shashidhar Kasi, Ramaraju Kallepalli, and Sai Surepally, who teamed up with top chefs and mixologists. Chef Mohib Farooqui brings Hyderabadi-Muslim dishes with a global twist, while Chef Parampreet Luthra offers comfort food like crab salad and Italian classics. Cocktails are playful and made with unique ingredients like mango-tomato wine and yuzu.
