Anjuna, once a haven for hippies, has evolved into a buzzing spot in North Goa, attracting visitors with its beaches, vibrant dining, and trendy bars. The newest addition to the scene is Jolene By The Sea, led by renowned chef Suvir Saran, who brings a unique blend of global flavours to the table.

The Concept Jolene By The Sea combines breathtaking views, a laidback tropical vibe, and innovative food and drinks. The name draws inspiration from Dolly Parton’s iconic song, reflecting the restaurant’s charm.

The Food Suvir Saran’s culinary philosophy blends his Indian roots with global influences, offering a menu that’s diverse and thoughtfully curated. Dishes like Ed’s Brooklyn to Bombay Wantons and Madrid to Morjim Prawns combine regional Indian flavours with international twists, creating a vibrant culinary mosaic.

The Drinks The cocktail menu, designed by mixologist Feruzan Bilimoria, features easy-drinking, flavourful concoctions like the Ya Ya Ya Coco Jumbo and the bold French Onion Soup drink.

The Ambience With earthy tones, metallic accents, and stunning ocean views, the space feels both relaxed and luxe, perfect for an Instagram-worthy sunset experience.
