Tucked deep in the Dolomite forests, Yera is a secret cave restaurant at the luxury retreat Forestis—and it’s unlike anything you’ve seen. No phones. No forks. Just fire, forest, and flavor.

Guests walk through the woods to enter this stunning underground spot, where they sit around a glowing fire pit, eat with their hands or wooden sticks, and enjoy food cooked live using wild, seasonal ingredients—straight from nature.

Created by Chef Roland Lamprecht, Yera blends ancient traditions with luxury, offering a peaceful escape where you slow down, reconnect, and truly savor every bite.

Open Tuesday to Saturday, with 5 seatings each night, the experience costs 650 Euros per person—and yes, it’s open to non-hotel guests too!
