Disney New Cruise Ship Has Big Surprises

Disney New Cruise Ship Has Big Surprises – Disney Cruise Line has launched a new ship called the Disney Destiny, and it’s full of surprises. Just like Disney movies, this ship lets guests feel like they’re part of their own magical story.

Destiny is the third ship in Disney’s Wish-class fleet (after Disney Wish and Disney Treasure). It’s designed specially for families, with fun activities for kids, relaxing spaces for adults, and Disney-themed experiences everywhere.

What’s Special on the Disney Destiny?

Some fan-favorite attractions are back, like:

  • Haunted Mansion Parlor

  • Enchanté – a fine dining restaurant for adults

But Destiny also brings many new and exciting experiences, such as:

  • A Black Panther–themed Great Hall

  • A Doctor Strange–inspired lounge

  • Appearances by characters like Loki and Spider-Man

  • A musical dining experience based on The Lion King

  • A stylish bar inspired by Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians

Disney says the ship is all about heroes and villains coming to life, giving guests the chance to explore both sides of the story.

A True Disney Adventure at Sea

During a special preview trip, reviewers said the ship is filled with interactive entertainment. Guests can decide how much Disney magic they want—whether they want a classic cruise experience or a full-on adventure with characters, shows, and themed events.

The Disney Destiny begins its first official journey on November 20, sailing from Fort Lauderdale’s Port Everglades.
