Memphis International Airport (MEM) in Tennessee is the best in the U.S. It has:

It only has one play area and no strollers to rent, but it still ranked No. 1 in the U.S. and No. 23 in the world.
Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) in California came next. It has:
9 restaurants
1 play area
1 breastfeeding room
Family-friendly security
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) came third. It has:
43 restaurants
1 play area
5 breastfeeding rooms
Stroller rentals
But it doesn’t have a family-friendly security line.
