East Hampton in New York is a popular summer spot, and now it has a new charm with The Maidstone hotel. This 1840s inn has been given a fresh look by LDV Hospitality, the team behind the famous Italian restaurant Scarpetta. It’s their first hotel project, bringing an Italian summer vibe to the Hamptons.
The hotel has 19 rooms and cottages. Each room is decorated with soft colors and little vintage touches like old phones and clocks. Families can also stay in private cottages in the garden for extra space.
Guests get cozy extras like soft bed linens, robes, Italian pajamas, bath products, and even bikes to ride to East Hampton Beach, which is only five minutes away. Beach gear and daily breakfast are also included.
