Relais & Châteaux, a global group of luxury hotels and restaurants, just welcomed 11 new members. The Paris-based organization now has 580 members around the world, from cozy inns to stunning resorts.

The new additions include nine hotels and two top-rated restaurants across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and Central America. These places share Relais & Châteaux’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and hospitality.

In Asia, Enowa Yufuin in Japan offers private hot springs and plant-based dining. Ran Baas The Palace in Punjab, India, is a restored Maharaja palace.

In the Caribbean, The Cove Eleuthera in the Bahamas is now the first Relais & Châteaux property in the country, located on two private beaches.

In Central America, Sublime Restaurant in Guatemala City highlights local flavors and Mayan history.

In the U.S., Jônt in Washington, D.C., led by chef Ryan Ratino, is a Michelin two-star restaurant known for its creative tasting menu.
