Driving to Gurugram from South Delhi on a weekday evening is tough, but for food lovers, it’s often worth the trip. Gurugram has become a popular food hub with exciting new restaurants. One of the latest is Anjeer, a new Indian restaurant offering light and healthy regional dishes from across the country.

The Ambience
Located on the ground floor of Global Gateway Towers near Guru Dronacharya Metro Station, Anjeer is a 45-seater space with soft lighting, sandstone walls, fabric lamps, and embroidered panels. The background music is filled with indie Indian artists, giving the place a fresh and cool vibe.

Their Mutton Seekh Kebab is soft yet full of Delhi-style flavor, while the Tandoori Gobhi is a fancy take on grilled cauliflower. A highlight is the burrata with tomato sambal and bharwan baingan—a delicious mix of creaminess, spice, and tang.

Main Courses & Drinks
Larger dishes include Goan Fish Curry, Murgh Malmal, Mutton Pulao, and Pork Vindaloo. The magic lies in their healthy touch—less oil, balanced spices, and light breads made with a three-day fermented dough.

The drink menu (soon to include cocktails) now features homemade kombucha and cool sodas like hibiscus soda with Earl Grey tea.

Coming Soon: Cocktails
Anjeer’s upcoming cocktails will use global techniques with Indian ingredients—like turmeric-infused tequila, lassi-inspired drinks, and cherry whisky mixes.
